SimpleO ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.simpleo.ai application, platform and mobile application. This Privacy Policy provides information on our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) when you use our applications or website, including online services provided by us in connection with SimpleO, or otherwise interact with us (for example, by attending our events) (together, "Services"). We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Examples of content we collect and store include: your email address, your mobile phone number, your name, profile picture, summary, the venue of your invitation including name, address, location, the guests information (names, job titles and profile pictures) joining your invitation, the messages you exchange in chat, your request to join other invitations (submitted, pending), comments you enter in Feedback pages, and any customer support requests or information you provide to us. We also collect search terms (including key words and filter values) when you conduct searches on our Services. Server and data center administrators can disable our collection of this information from the Services via the administrator settings or prevent this information from being shared with us by blocking transmission at the local network level.
  • Content you provide through our website: We collect other content that you submit through our website, for example, when you subscribe to our newsletter (your name, surname and email address) or when you comment on our blog. This collection is performed via mailchimp or brevo, and is governed by mailchimp or brevo`s own privacy policies.

  • Data analytics: We collect content using analytics techniques that hash, filter or otherwise scrub the information to exclude information that might identify you or your organization, and we collect clickstream data such as cookie, about how you interact with and use features in the Services. These cookies assist in generating statistics and reports regarding visitors and their activities on the website or app, aiding in the analysis of user behavior and the production of insightful information.
  • Log Data: We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website or application or when you access the Services through a mobile device ('Log Data').

We transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you the Services.

  • How long we keep information: How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
  • Account information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. Your rights relating to your Personal Information

How to access and control your information: You have certain rights available to you when it comes to your Personal Information. Below is a summary of these rights, how to exercise them and any limitations.

  • Access and correct / update your information: Our Services give you the ability to access and correct / update certain information about you within the Service. For example, you can access your profile information from your account. You can correct / update your profile information within your profile settings and modify content that contains information about you using the editing tools associated with that content (e.g. editing invitation).   • Deactivate your account: If you no longer wish to use our Services, you may deactivate your account through your account settings. If you are unable to deactivate an account through your account settings, please contact us at hello@simpleo.ai.

Please note that even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our Services.   • Our policy towards children: The Services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16.
